This way we can check stock and process the order with the most efficiency. All normal shipping options will be available to you, including next day air. Outside Mainland United States Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and countries outside the United States will be handled through UPS unless they cannot deliver to your destination. If UPS does not deliver to your location we will work with you to find a shipper that will and bill you accordingly.

Return Policy

Call 1-800-990-3364 if you need to return products to Art Media. All returns require a copy of the receipt and a reason for the return. Art Media will pick up defective or incorrectly shipped items using the UPS Call Tag service at no charge to you. We will then ship the replacement item(s) to you at no extra charge.

Out-of-Stock Policy

We do all we can to have all items in stock. Out of stock items may take from 2-6 weeks to get back into stock. If you wish to re-order Out-of-Stock items you must call us at 1-800-990-3364 ext. 4 to place the items on backorder. At that time we will give you an idea of how long it will take to fill the backorder.
